From a print run of 2,000 copies, after pre-orders and discarding a few copies that weren't in good condition, we were left with 731 (plus a few dozen I set aside for myself to bring to various events in the next few months).

Our second shipment is on its way out, so now we are down to 639. We'll do another shipment next week, and we're already seeing more orders coming in.

You will always be able to read the PDF for free, and when our print run has sold out in the US, the print-on-demand option will remain available (though that is more expensive, since the per-unit cost won't be driven down by scale).

But I think you'll regret it if you miss the chance to get one of these offset print run copies for yourself.

So I suggest you do not wait: order yourself a copy now, and read these essays in the best available format for doing so. Share your copy with people in your life who care about what is going on but might not be willing to read long essays on a screen.
