Thomas Pepinsky

Thomas Pepinsky is the Walter F. LaFeber Professor of Government and Public Policy at Cornell University, and nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. He is the coauthor, most recently, of “Voting in Authoritarian Elections."
