I have been doing interviews and otherwise working to spread the word about The Reconstruction Papers, which you should start seeing the fruits of this week. In the meantime, please do spread the word as well! Share the PDF with whomever you think might be interested. Get yourself a print copy or two to give to intellectually curious and politically motivated people who do not spend much time online.

The other day I saw someone express the idea that, in these times, optimism is a kind of radicalism. I don't know that I am optimistic, exactly, but I do know that we have to proceed with the assumption that a better world is possible. We have to aim for a true Reconstruction of this country, because the alternative is unacceptable.

The Reconstruction Papers is our answer to the necessities of the moment. The more people in politics, media, and in general are reading and talking about these ideas, the more likely we are to avoid that unacceptable path.

Thank you to everyone who made this project possible. Let's keep pushing for a more ambitious political coalition and a better future for this country.
